The level of service given by the staff in all parts of the hotel really was incredible. Everyone engaged with the guests and had a great attitude. As someone who sunburns easily, I really appreciated the fact that every chair on the beach had its own adjustable canopy.
When you need food and beverage, flip the flag up, and someone comes over immediately. The rooms were spotless too, and the beach and water are beautiful. Overall, we had a wonderful week.
Very nicely renovated rooms, friendly staff who recommended the riviera maya snorkeling tours we want to take next time. Hotel staff take your baby’s (or grandchildren’s) stuffed toys and dress them up. Charming and nice service. The beach is amazingly beautiful, with beautiful clear water. Typical Ritz. Everything seems perfect.
This was my first time on Grand Cayman for vacation. I had actually gone because of multiple fantastic reviews from my girlfriend’s colleagues from work, and it honestly was the best hotel experience of my life. The service of the hotel was excellent from the beginning. I’d like to consider myself a very picky and snobby hotel service kind of person.
I pay attention to a lot of tiny details such as ‘was this particular item replenished? Or was this service offered to me once I stepped onto the beach? Or trivial things like I drank mostly this time of coffee, did the stuff bring me more? The Ritz Carlton Grand Cayman fulfilled every one of my check marks.
The room rates are expensive, but I can honestly say with the service, attention to detail, and amenities/ water sports they offer, it is well worth the price. I will definitely be coming back here!
We have stayed in beautiful places for much less money, so I was doubtful of the prices given those of area resorts. Well, the Ritz showed us why it is worth every penny. The service in all areas is over-the-top fantastic. From the pool to the beach where every chair has its own canopy to the award-winning restaurants, the staff is there to help with any need. Now we know.
